The location is unbeatable, just steps from the iconic city walls and main attractions.
The lack of a receptionist at all times made check-in and assistance a bit challenging, especially when I needed directions.

I stayed in a Deluxe Double Room for 3 nights and found it really comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was super cozy, which is always a plus after a long day of exploring. I loved the fantastic secondary double glazing that kept the noise out, so I could relax. Also, the amenities in the spacious bathroom made my stay feel extra nice. The location at the city gates is unbeatable, perfect for sightseeing!

great staff but small bathrooms
The lovely welcome from Tomas at reception truly set a positive tone for my stay. The location is convenient with a helpful shop on the ground floor. I appreciated the spaciousness of my room and the cleanliness throughout the property, making it a comfortable experience. The city view from my room was stunning and enhanced my enjoyment of my visit.
The bathroom was rather small, which could be uncomfortable.

Perfect location for exploring Old Town
The location is unbeatable, right at the entrance of the old city, which made it super easy for us to explore all the sights quickly. Our room was spacious and clean, and we loved being just steps away from the city wall walk. However, I wish the water temperature issues had been resolved during our stay—cold showers are not ideal after a long day of sightseeing.

This was just an optimal selection for a short stay in Dubrovnik with outstanding value. The room was surprisingly clean and cozy, making it a good place to recharge after exploring the city. If you're sensitive to noise, consider bringing earplugs, especially if staying during weekends.

Location is fantastic for exploring! Just steps from the main gate, and we could sneak in early to avoid the crowds. The room was clean and comfy enough to crash after a long day.
A bit of a letdown with the lack of a kettle—how am I supposed to function without my morning brew? Also, that live music outside at night could wake a sleeping beauty, if you catch my drift!
